Amanda McCarthy catches foul ball on pitch thrown by her husband

A's right-hander Brandon McCarthy, who was activated from the disabled list in time to make Friday's start, is one of the most avid tweeters among all Major League players.
His wife can make the same claim among baseball wives.
So when a foul ball came Amanda's way early on against the White Sox, it was only natural that she took to Twitter to elaborate upon what has to be one of the rarest feats in the sport. Unfortunately, no statistics exist to back that up.
I umm caught a foul ball.
