A's fan pays homage to Yoenis Cespedes with homemade Cuban cigar hat

After two months of experimenting with prototypes, A's fan Russ Silkitis debuted his custom-made, oversized Cuban cigar hat on Friday. Silkitis built this unusual headgear to honor Cuban native Yoenis Cespedes, the 2013 Home Run Derby champ.

Though reluctant to give up the secrets behind the hat's construction, Silkitis did share a great idea: "They have a Trout Farm in Anaheim, so we should have a cigar stand in left field!"
