Biking for Baseball enjoys reprieve before hitting the road again

This is what happens when you get together with some friends, take in a baseball game and knock back a few cold ones.

You end up riding your bicycle across the country, stopping at all 30 Major League parks along the way.

That's precisely what Chase Higgins, Steve Lunn, Rex Roberts and Adam Kremers are doing.

Dubbed "Biking for Baseball," the group began its journey on April 13 in Seattle and is scheduled to conclude on Sept. 21 in Boston.

In each city, the crew holds a baseball clinic for children, adding a mentoring component to their baseball-centric dream trip.

They reached Kansas City at the halfway point of the season, and will restart the odyssey for the home stretch.
