Braves fans following Chipper one last time

Talk about the ultimate farewell road trip: Terri and Don Elias of Snellville, GA, are following the Braves this summer, attending Chipper Jones' final game at each ballpark the team visits.

The pair hit Yankee Stadium on Wednesday to watch Derek Jeter and Andruw Jones present the future Hall of Famer with an honorary third base bag prior to Atlanta's 10-5 victory.

Terri and Don have traveled to nine parks already this season, halfway to their goal of 18 -- including Kauffman Stadium for the All-Star game.
