Bryce Harper is highly amused by Blake Griffin's new car commercial
L.A. Clippers All-Star Blake Griffin has a new car commercial in which, to demonstrate the Kia Optima's futuristic features like time travel, he goes to 1997. Arriving to the tune of OMC's hit "How Bizarre" (a New Zealand song which did in fact hit the U.S. in 1997), he tells his eight-year-old self to stop playing football and wearing jorts.
Bryce Harper, getting some TV in on the first day of MLB's offseason, saw the ad, deemed it the funniest thing he's ever seen, and took to Twitter to tell Griffin and the world. What followed was a mutually admiring exchange between the two elite athletes.
New @blakegriffin commercial has to be the funniest thing I've ever seen! Wrong sport and don't wear shorts! Trust me! #kia
