Buster Posey homered off Clayton Kershaw and a Dodgers fan caught it in his hat
Posey homers off Kershaw, fan makes catch with hat
It's difficult to imagine anyone not named Clayton Kershaw or Madison Bumgarner could steal the show when the Dodgers and Giants have their aces squaring off against each other, but one Dodgers fan gave it his best shot when he hauled in a home run on Tuesday.
Giants catcher Buster Posey took Kershaw deep to center in the fourth inning and a Dodgers fan in the vicinity reacted quickly, leaning over a railing and using his hat to corral the souvenir:
Show the people what you've won!
According to MLB.com Real-Time Correspondent Alex Horwitch, the young man who made the catch is Daniel Longoria. This was his first home run catch, but he threw it back because it was Buster Posey. Rules is rules.
