Cal Ripken, Jr., will appear on The Rachael Ray Show to cook, eat and toss a quick bullpen session

Cal Ripken, Jr., is set to appear on Wednesday's 'Ballpark Food' episode of the Rachael Ray Show. Ray and the former Orioles shortstop talked baseball and cooked up three different hot dogs including BLT, omelette and everyone's favorite - bahn mi.' Sadly, no Cal Ripken Burgers.
