Singer Carly Rae Jepsen threw out the first pitch before Sunday's Astros-Rays game, and it was just a tad short, and outside, and may have broken some camera equipment, and could have caused the Rays' ceremonial catcher to pull his right hamstring.

Congratulations, Carly. You have entered into some rarified first-pitch-gone-awry territory. And hey, let's all just be happy you didn't hit an umpire:
