Chase Utley is still the man, proves it by hitting two homers in Spring Training game
You don't need to teach an old dog new tricks if your 36-year-old All-Star second baseman is 11-for-26 with four extra-base hits down at Spring Training.
Chase Utley made his spring debut for the Phillies on March 13 and all he's done since then is post a .483 OBP while striking out only four times in 10 games. Oh, and he doubled his pleasure, doubled his fun on Sunday by hitting his first and second home runs of Spring Training in back-to-back at-bats against the Tigers.
Yup. He's definitely still the man.
