Crazy Legs Howard is Oakland's dancing kettle corn vendor sensation

Crazy Legs Howard has been entertaining baseball fans for about 10 years, selling kettle Corn to A's and Giants fans. As it turns out, Howard didn't start dancing until his 30s because of religious reasons, but his legs have made up for the lost time in the past decade.
