Price brings his own emoji to ALDS press conference
Blue Jays ace David Price is set to start Game 1 of the ALDS against the Rangers on Thursday, which means he spent Wednesday preparing for that start. Part of that preparation called for him to address members of the media, and Price nearly caused the universe to fold in on itself in the process.
When Price arrived at his ALDS press conference, he had with him a poster and a single cleat that he had apparently brought along for show-and-tell. The poster featured a picture of an emoji of his own likeness and that of his adorable dog, Astro:
