Don't freak out, Chris Colabello, but you're wearing the wrong uniform

Twins pinch-hitter Chris Colabello made a confusing appearance in the ninth inning of Tuesday's game against the Brewers. His uniform might not seem strange at first glance, but look again -- his jersey reads "Twins," while his teammates wear "Minnesota."

At least he stuck with the right team?
