Marlins bench coach Joey Cora has always been old-school.

Throughout his playing career, he was known for his grit, hustle and pure baseball smarts.

On Tuesday night during the Marlins-Mets game in Miami, we also learned he doesn't fist bump, no matter how hard Carlos Lee might try.
