Elvis Andrus and Adrian Beltre hash out boundaries on their side of the infield

Andrus, Beltre draw boundaries in infield

Starsky and Hutch ... Riggs and Murtaugh ... Benson and Stabler ... Rizzoli and Isles ... Andrus and Beltre.

The antics Elvis Andrus and Adrian Beltre on the left side of the Rangers' infield could provide comic relief for a full five-season run as a buddy cop show, what with the fly ball nonsense and the head touching and the facial hair and facial expressions.

Monday night's episode of Andrus & Beltre saw the shortstop and third baseman debating the boundaries of their respective patrols on that left side of the infield.

Kendrys Morales popped out to Andrus in the seventh inning of a 2-0 ballgame. After Andrus secured the out and started the ball around the horn, he and Beltre began some friendly jarring about the border between their positions. Eventually, Andrus drew a line in the sand ... literally.
