Here's the best Commissioner's Trophy-inspired Halloween costume of Game 5

We've seen it on people's heads in Game 3:

And at Game 5, we found Tyler, another #FANtasking Cardinals fan, who turned the World Series award into a belt. 

"I just made it with some stuff I found around the house and a little spray paint," the St. Louis native said.

The base is apparently a garbage can lid with the center cut out, while the flags were created using foam and glitter. He also wore the same lucky shorts back in 2006.

"I wanted to make it for a Halloween party, then I decided to wear it down here whenever I came today."
