Former NFL quarterback Doug Flutie on life as a Red Sox fan living in Tampa Bay

Former NFL quarterback and New England folk hero Doug Flutie is a very passionate Red Sox fan, as you'd expect.

What you might not expect is that he's leaving his beloved state of Massachusetts for the warmer climate of Tampa Bay, and plans to take in a lot of baseball while living in the Sunshine State. Curiously, that requires season tickets to the Rays, AL East rivals of Flutie's beloved Sox.

Now that they're his new hometown team, Flutie can't in good conscience cheer against the Rays, but that doesn't mean he won't show off his New England pride when the Red Sox roll into town.

But hey, it's cool that he's planning on getting season tickets to any ballpark. All that baseball might help him as he works a bit more on his knuckleball.
