Gabe Kapler wrote classy note for Dave Roberts
After weeks of speculation and live televised debates (wait, am I confusing different things?), the Dodgers finally selected a managerial candidate on Monday. While many thought that the human ab machine Gabe Kapler, who is currently the director of player development for the team, would get the job, in the end it went to the speed demon, Dave Roberts.
Rather than stew over his defeat or demand a recount, Kapler took to Twitter with a heartfelt concession.
