GREAT SCOTT! Christopher Lloyd announces Dodgers starting lineup

Thursday was Brian Wilson bobblehead night at Dodgers Stadium, so fans came out to claim their goods and watch Josh Beckett outduel the Cardinals in an epic 1-0 pitcher's duel.

The fans that were able to fight through the L.A. traffic and make it there for the pregame pomp and circumstance were treated to something extra as actor Christopher Lloyd was on hand to announce the home team's starting lineup.

The Dodgers brought Lloyd in at the special request of closer Brian Wilson, who adores Lloyd's work in the Back to the Future film franchise.

In addition to announcing the lineup with much enthusiasm, Lloyd threw out the first pitch and was reportedly on standby with the DeLorean and a barrel of plutonium in case the Dodgers fell behind and had to go back in time to regain the lead.
