Kansas City couple got engaged at Kauffman Stadium before Game 1 of the World Series

Hallie Oelze of Rock Port, Mo., was already pretty jazzed for Tuesday night because she and her boyfriend, Logan Pyeatt, had tickets to the first World Series game in Kansas City in nearly three decades. The couple had been dating for almost two years, and Logan's interest in the Royals had reeled her in as well. It was the first postseason game they had attended together, but Hallie soon learned that it wasn't just going to be a night to remember because of the Royals and Giants.

When they got to the game, Logan dropped to one knee and pulled out a ring, asking Hallie to marry him with the K's fountains going off and everything.

Unfortunately for Hallie and Logan, the Royals couldn't give them the engagement present they had hoped for as the Giants took Game 1. We're guessing there have been worse engagement parties than a World Series game, though.
