Happy birthday to Chris Sabo and his magical Rec Specs

Chris Sabo turned 52 on Sunday. The Reds depended on the three-time All-Star for his speed and power throughout his seven-year tenure in Cincinnati. They depended on him during his fantastic 1988 Rookie of the Year campaign and also depended on him during the team's 1990 World Series win. In turn, Chris Sabo depended on a much greater power:

Sabo finished his nine-year big league career with a .268/.326/.445 slash line and was inducted into the Reds Hall of Fame in 2010. Happy Birthday, Chris.
