Hiroyuki Nakajima: I signed with the A's because 'Billy Beane is extremely sexy and cool'

The Athletics introduced the newly-signed Hiroyuki Nakajima at a press conference on Tuesday. Why did the shortstop sign with the A's? Their success in winning the AL West last season? Oakland's temperate climate? Their stylish white shoes? Is he already a Raiders season-ticket holder? There are a multitude of reasons he could have joined the team, but as reported by the San Francisco Chronicle's Susan Slusser, Nakajima was focusing on Oakland's GM:
Nakajima says he wanted to sign with #Athletics because "Billy Beane is extremely sexy and cool."

But the professions of coolness and sexiness weren't done there, as Beane revealed that Nakajima's strength in those attributes were in fact also the reason he was signed:
And now Billy Beane calls Nakajima "extremely sexy and cool." Best press conference ever. #Athletics

Best press conference ever, and best GM/free agent lovefest ever too.
