Ian Kinsler returns to Texas, hits homer and gives a little wave to Rangers dugout

For those of you keeping score at home, the Ian Kinsler/Texas Rangers breakup was, um, less than amicable. The Rangers traded Kinsler to the Tigers for Prince Fielder over the offseason. Kinsler was less than thrilled with the way he found out about the deal and later said that he hoped the Rangers would go 0-162 this season.

Fast forward to Tuesday night when Kinsler made his triumphant return to Globe Life Park at Arlington. The game was barely underway when the former Ranger launched his ninth home run of the year ...

And the second baseman gave a little wave into the Rangers home dugout.

And he wasn't done, adding a bases-loaded single in the eighth to pad Detroit's lead. They went on to win 8-2. Now, if only he could get the Rangers to give him back his favorite T-shirt ...
