You know that the Rockies' John Axford is a talented Oscars prognosticator. But did you know that he's also a master live-tweeter? And, let's be honest, reading tweets from your couch is the best thing about the show.

Axford took over the MLB Twitter handle during tonight's Oscars ceremony to keep track of his picks and keep viewers at home entertained, and he did not disappoint. It's an award-winning performance in and of itself, and a grade-A audition to host next year's Oscars, we think.

He got off to a great start:
