Jon Favreau, Colin Hanks and other celebs tweet about Giants' World Series win

Twitter was alive Sunday night after the Giants swept away the Tigers to earn their second World Series title in three years.
Colin Hanks posted a Guitar Hero-style photo to show his excitement:

Dodgers fan Rob Lowe and Tigers fan Jeff Daniels showed some bitterness toward San Francisco's win, but still managed to give shoutouts to the newly-crowned champs. Daniels even congratulated World Series Twitter foe Kevin Pollak:
Alright new Dodgers. Now you've seen what the real deal looks like. Can you be great again? Hope so. #Giants

Congrats to the Giants. I should have known a team with the power to take down the Dodgers would win it all.
