Jonny Gomes watches the Little League World Series, gets a pie to face

Jonny Gomes has become Petaluma's No. 1 fan as they try to conquer Williamsport in the Little League World Series.

Gomes, who was born and raised in Petaluma, Calif., teamed with the A's and CSN Bay Area in donating to the Petaluma Nationals, helping cover the team's travel costs to Pennsylvania.

Shortly after the California kids toppled a New Jersey team with a walk-off win -- something the A's are familiar with -- Brandon Inge nailed Gomes with a pie to the face. And Gomes, who watched the game wearing the green and gold Petaluma colors, was all smiles.
