Josh Reddick pays tribute to 'Rowdy' Roddy Piper with bagpipe walk-up music
Reddick uses Roddy Piper's bagpipes for walk-up music
If you know anything at all about Athletics outfielder Josh Reddick, it's that he's sorta-kinda-maybe-a-little obsessed with professional wrestling.
Reddick had previously entered a beard bet with former WWE champion Daniel Bryan and sprinted in from the bullpen wearing an Ultimate Warrior costume to pay tribute to the late wrestling legend.
So, on Friday, when it was reported that WWE Hall of Famer "Rowdy" Roddy Piper had passed at the age of 61, it's safe to say that Reddick was affected.
Man @WWE lost a legend today. RIP to Rowdy.

And so, on Friday night as the A's hosted the Indians at the Coliseum, Reddick decided to pay tribute to one of the greatest entertainers in WWE history.
.@RealJoshReddick honors the late Roddy Piper by using bagpipes as his walkup music tonight. Nice tribute.

Reddick previously walked up to bagpipes back in 2012 and it appeared to help him out as he set career highs in H, HR, RBI, BB, SB, WAR. Sadly for the A's, that luck didn't come back with the bagpipes as Reddick went 0-for-4 at the plate and the Indians won 2-1.
