Justin Timberlake and Amy Adams talk about their new baseball flick 'Trouble with the Curve'

There have been some spectacular baseball films over the years. From The Natural to Field of Dreams to Major League, Hollywood has explored the mystical, magical and the Mays Hayes-hysterical elements of America's pastime.

And now, Clint Eastwood is throwing his hat into the baseball movie making ring. Trouble with the Curve, which opens Friday, explores the life of an aging scout (Eastwood) and how he adapts to the era of computers, sabermetrics and other talent-analyzing technologies. Co-stars Justin Timberlake and Amy Adams discussed their roles and what attracted them to the film.

This movie looks great, and I'd like to guarantee it will be a hit. But as Mr. Eastwood said himself, back in the 1990 flick The Rookie, "If you want a guarantee, buy a toaster."
