Axford live-tweets 'Bachelor' during CFB Championship
No one should be questioning John Axford's masculinity. He's a father and a professional baseball player with one of the best mustaches in the business . Plus, it's 2015 and the stereotypical gender norms that populate the offices of Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce Cutler Gleason & Chaough need not generally apply to anyone.
But that didn't prevent Axford from having to defend his manliness on Twitter on Monday night where he caught flak for his choice to enjoy the reality television stylings of "The Bachelor" instead of the CFB Championship game featuring the Oregon Ducks and Ohio State Buckeyes.
Axford started by hilariously live-tweeting the "The Bachelor":
Ummmm, are you seeing this tractor race on #TheBachelor @DinamoPhysio? Why are they in bikinis? Did they actually shut down a road for this?

Every pro athlete past and present is tweeting about CFB national championship. @JohnAxford is live tweeting the bachelor. I respect that.

And eventually felt the need to remind the Internet that his man-card is irrevocable.
For all of you telling me to hand in my #ManCard for watching #TheBachelor over College Football... Just remember ... pic.twitter.com/2BSv4JU5PO

We don't believe such a card exists, but if it did, we're pretty sure the mustache award cements it in history.
