Marlins pitcher Jose Fernandez hits RBI single, can't figure out how jackets work

Marlins pitcher Jose Fernandez is having a pretty great night. He went six innings, notching five strikeouts and allowing only two hits. He also got his first career hit -- an RBI single off Phillies starter Cole Hamels.

What could derail such a wonderful evening of baseball?

A wardrobe malfunction.

Standing on first after his RBI, Fernandez struggled to put his jacket on. Following some assistance from first-base coach Perry Hill and umpire Chris Guccione, he finally wrestled it over his head and received a warm ovation for his success.

After such a great night on the field, it's not surprising something happened to even things out a bit for Fernandez -- that's just how the universe works sometimes. But, even with the outerwear issues, it was a good night to be Jose Fernandez.
