Juan Lagares fails to drive in runs, Mets fan goes absolutely bonkers

In the eighth inning of Thursday's Braves-Mets game, Juan Lagares stepped to the plate with two runners on base and New York down by two. The Citi Field faithful were hoping he would deliver, but it wasn't in the cards this time. The outfielder hit into a non-productive out as he popped up to Atlanta first baseman Freddie Freeman in foul territory. One Mets fan seated near where Freeman made his catch was very, very unhappy about this:

After another 1 1/3 innings, the game ended with the same score, 3-1 Braves. I wouldn't bet on those sunglasses still being intact.
