Mets hold Breast Cancer Awareness Night at Citi

Orange and blue usually dominate the stands at Citi Field. But on Wednesday night, pink was just as prominent.
The Mets hosted their annual Breast Cancer Awareness Night during their game against the Phillies. Pink roses were given out to 500 survivors and supporters who stood along the warning track. American Idol contestant Gabi Carrubba also performed the National Anthem in a pink Mets jersey.
