Barring any October magic, Derek Jeter played his last game in Queens on Thursday. And like the Brewers and Astros before them, the Mets presented The Captain with a pretty cool keepsake:

The Mets also gave the shortstop a cake and showed a video montage of his career highlights before the game. Sadly, no Derek Jeter masks were in attendance:
