Miguel Sano tried to make it rain with these two HRs

On Wednesday night, as the Twins took on the Rangers, Miguel Sano attempted to make it rain in Minnesota with two massive home run blasts -- because he saw how much fun fellow American League sluggers Miguel Cabrera and Josh Donaldson have been having in the bringer-of-rain business.

In the third inning, Sano stepped to the plate and deposited Nick Martinez's pitch a Statcast™-estimated 432.25 feet away into the second deck of Target Field. 

One inning later, with the skies still not turning gray and releasing a torrent of water, Sano tried again. Though this one went only 403.74 feet, the ball actually went higher, letting it scrape the heavens themselves before landing in the third deck.

If the Twins find themselves in a rain delay before they wrap up their series against the Rangers on Thursday, well, I think we'll know who to blame.
