Mike Trout is superhuman: All the Mike Trout stats that mere mortals cannot touch

Mike Trout's stats cannot be touched by mere mortals

It's time to admit the facts: There is intelligent life other than ours in the universe. I mean, how else can we explain what Mike Trout is doing other than that he is an alien lifeform?

On Friday night, Trout hit two home runs to give him 101 for his career. It also made him the fastest batter to reach the 100 home run and 100 stolen base mark in Major League history. At 23 years and 251 days old (in Earth years, at least), Trout topped Alex Rodriguez, who previously held the record at 23 years and 309 days old.

Trout

The fates foretold this day, because at 21, Trout was the youngest player to hit 20 homers and steal 40 bases in a season. They have foretold that Mike Trout will also be the first millennial to join the Millennial Club, which means 1,000 homers and 1,000 stolen bases. Don't say it can't be done. Because the fates know.

But that's not all. The Angels outfielder also holds a number of exciting records.

- Trout has started the season with a 10-game hitting streak. It's the first time an Angels player has started the year with a hitting streak that long since Darin Erstad had a 15-game hitting streak in 1998.

- Trout is also only the second Angels player to reach the 100/100 benchmark other than Erstad in Angels history.

Trout

- In 2012, Trout became the first Angel to win Rookie of the Year since Tim Salmon, proving that the Angels should just give up and change their name to the Anglers.

- Trout is six months younger than that other phenom who made his debut on Friday: Kris Bryant.

- He is also the youngest person you know who has his own bank account and a house his parents don't also live in.

Trout

- Trout has led the American League in rWAR for three straight seasons. The last Major League player to do that was Albert Pujols when he lead the NL in rWAR from 2006-2009. The last American League player to do it was Mickey Mantle from '55 to '58.

- If Trout were to continue at his current pace, this would be his hitting line at the end of the year: .444/.500/.750 49 HR, 146 runs, 146 RBI, 32 SB

- Trout has 28.2 rWAR going into his age-23 season. Only five players have higher numbers than him through that age: Mickey Mantle (29.7), Ken Griffey Jr. (30.1), Mel Ott (31.4), Ted Williams (34.2) and Ty Cobb (36.0). Trout stands agood chance to pass all of them by the end of the season.

- Among all active hitters, Trout's rWAR ranks 42nd. Of the 41 players ahead of Trout, Andrew McCutchen (33.2 rWAR) is the youngest at age 28 - nearly five full years older than the Fish God.

- One day, portraits of Mike Trout will surpass the Mona Lisa in fame, as well as take her spot in the Louvre

Trout

- Trout doesn't just hit home runs, he hits very long ones, too. Last season, Trout's 489-foot shot was the longest in the Majors

Trout 489

- While no one calculates this number, Trout has robbed roughly 633 home runs. That's likely league leading.

Robbed homer

- Though his raw hug totals are lower than David Ortiz and Freddie Freeman's, Trout's LIHug (ranking them based on Leverage Index) far outpaces his foes.

Trout hug

- Trout is known to be a bit of a metereology nut. Is it because he literally controls weather? We can't say otherwise.

- Trout has more home runs than George Washington, Ben Franklin and Thomas Jefferson combined. And they helped found America.

- Trout not only has a career 0.00 ERA, but his FIP is also 0.00 indicating that he hasn't been lucky. Granted, he has also never appeared on the mound.

- Trout's autobiography has not been optioned into a film yet. Simply because the amount of money it would cost to produce outpaces the United States GDP.

Trout

- Like a black hole, Trout draws objects towards him. It could explain his outfield performance.

Trout

- Trout's baseball powers are so immense, he can even touch Adrian Beltre's head:

Trout

- SPOILER ALERT: In season six, Mike Trout wins the Game of Thrones.
