MLB Holiday Recipes: Chris Iannetta's Heath Bar Trifle Cake

Chris Iannetta: Iannetta Heath Bar Trifle Cake
This is my favorite dessert that Lisa Iannetta makes every holiday and/or special occasion. My aunt always made it for me when I was little.
Ingredients
1 container of devil's food cake mix
2 boxes of instant chocolate pudding
2 8-oz Cool Whip
8 Heath score bars or 1 bag of crushed Heath bar
Optional: 3 oz of Kahlua
Bake cake in sheet pan as directed on back of box. When cool, cut into cubes (1 to 1 1/2 inches).
Prepare instant pudding using three cups of milk.
In large clear trifle bowl, place one layer cake cubed on bottom. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of Kahlua, then layer with 1/3 of pudding, then 1/3 of Cool Whip, followed by 1/3 of Heath bar. Repeat each layer again so there are two layers of each ingredient and add cherry on top if desired.
