LLWS phenom Mo'ne Davis' jersey is headed to Cooperstown

LLWS phenom Mo'ne Davis' jersey is headed to the HOF

It turns out Mo'ne Davis' performance in this year's Little League World Series was Hall of Fame worthy -- for her jersey, at least.

The 13-year-old became a national phenomenon after she was the first girl to win a LLWS game (while throwing some serious 70 mph heat). In honor of her history-making performance, Davis will donate the jersey she wore during that win to the Baseball Hall of Fame.

There should be little doubt that Davis' eight-strikeout, zero-walk, two-hit, 70-pitch complete game shutout for the Taney Dragons earned her jersey a spot in Cooperstown. Just add it to Davis' ever-growing pile of accolades, which includes a stellar first pitch at Dodger Stadium and the most dominant fastball Jimmy Fallon has ever seen.
