Because when we think baseball, we think late-1980s heavy metal bands.
Several teams have followed the Joe Maddon method of themed road trips this season. The Mets, most notably, sported hockey jerseys for their venture to the Great White North in May.
The Brewers were the latest to get in on the act, riding Monday's charter flight to Kansas City in full '80s garb. And no, not everyone dressed like they were in a hair band.
Here's to hoping someone came through with the ever-spectacular Cliff Huxtable sweater.
