Orbit either did a magic trick or gave Josh Reddick the biggest wedgie of all time

Athletics outfielder and fine art aficionado Josh Reddick was minding his own beeswax, stretching in the outfield of Minute Maid Park on Tuesday when Astros mascot Orbit came poking around.

Orbit was busy hunting for buried treasure in the outfield with his metal detector (as mascots are wont to do) and when the detector got close to Reddick's waistline, the sensor indicated that there was something in Reddick's uniform.

In an apparent effort to help the guy out, Orbit began tugging on a handkerchief and eventually realized that it was just Reddick's massive tighty-whities that were causing the whole commotion.

We're not experts, but we're pretty sure those are worth slightly less than actual buried treasure.
