Pablo Sandoval saw snow for the first time today
Pablo Sandoval -- a 28-year-old adult -- has finally seen snow for the first time in his life.
The third baseman affectionately known as Panda recently signed a big-time contract with the Red Sox that will have him playing home games in Boston for the next seven years. Prior to his arrival in Beantown, Sandoval had been with the Giants out in San Francisco. He grew up in Venezuela, a country that enjoys a mild climate that sees temperatures that typically hover between 79 and 82 degrees Fahrenheit. (Must be nice.)
So, it's not entirely suprising that the Panda took to Instagram on Saturday to put his pure surprise and joy on display.
Pablo Sandoval had never seen snow until today. Unbelievable.
