This Rays outfielder ended his pregame interview by kissing the reporter on-air

Not many interviews end in a kiss. But it happened Monday at Camden Yards when Rays rookie outfielder Brandon Guyer finished a Q-and-A with sports anchor Lindsay Murphy of Washington, D.C.'s Fox 5.

Relax, kids, they're married.

Guyer said Monday's interview made him even more nervous than the last time he sat down with Murphy on-camera. Seven years ago, Lindsay arranged an interview after Guyer snapped a 26-game hitting streak at the University of Virginia. Afterward, Brandon won a bet with his Cavaliers teammates by asking the young reporter on a date. The rest is history.

Guyer, a Gaithersburg, Md., resident, has hit two of his three career home runs at Camden Yards, but Lindsay missed both of them. On May 6, 2011, she drove an hour to the ballpark following her shift on the 6 PM news and heard his homer on the radio as she pulled into the parking lot. On May 12, 2012, she was in New York covering the NHL playoffs when Guyer homered off Brian Matusz.

Murphy stuck around Monday as her husband played left field in his second start of the year.
