We've all been there: It's a hot day, there's a pool nearby, and without giving it much thought you run and decide to hop in -- while, sadly, forgetting to empty your pockets. Rest in peace, flip phone, you left this world too soon.
Now imagine there's a Major League souvenir in the pool, and the stakes have been upped considerably. (They tend to make people do some crazy things, after all.) Which is why this Pirates fan from Saturday's game in Pittsburgh is so impressive. After a foul ball ended up near his boat in the Allegheny, he briefly considers just leaping in after it, but rethinks his course:
