Are these fans Kansas City's hot new disco band?

These fans at Kauffman Stadium definitely have the mustaches to make it big in disco, but do they have everything else it takes? Well, if the Village People taught us anything, it's that all you need are memorable dance moves and a band with a lot of job diversity. They seem to have the first part covered:
