Charlie Manuel can speak Japanese and gives one of the best English press conferences around, but the language of social media is still foreign to Philadelphia's manager.

Shane Victorino -- maybe the Phillies' most active tweeter -- decided to take matters into his own hands. The pair stopped by the MLB Fan Cave last week so Manuel could read some of his players' tweets.

We thought the skipper was making progress, until he pronounced a hashtag as "pound."
