The Astros threw nearly everything in the dugout at Jose Altuve after walk-off win

Astros celebrate by throwing entire dugout at Altuve

Don't look now, but the Astros have won 11 of their last 12 games and catapulted into first place in the AL West, thanks in large part to Jose Altuve. 

The Astros second baseman has enjoyed eight straight multi-hit games and helped his team immensely with a three-hit showing on Thursday. He capped it all off with a walk-off knock in extra innings: 


And when things are that good in the standings, they're usually that good in the clubhouse, too. This strong positive correlation was evidenced when Altuve's teammates threw, like, everything in the dugout at him during the postgame interview.


Water. Gum. Sunflower seeds. The only thing left was the bat rack, basically, and we're assuming that didn't come flying out only because it was bolted down.
