The Four Tops' love for the Tigers runs river deep, mountain high

The Tigers reached out to the Four Tops to sing the national anthem Thursday, and the men of the Motown sensation were there.

Following the lead of the Queen of Soul, who performed the Star Spangled Banner before Game 3, the legendary group was hoping to give the Tigers a boost before Game 5.

Because, trailing the Rangers in the ALCS, baby, the Tigers need some loving.
