The Question: Who will win the AL West?

It seems the balance of power in the American League has shifted west in recent years. A case can be made that the league's true superpowers these days are the Angels and Rangers. And yet the A's beat them both out last year in an entertaining race. The Mariners are planning to make a run, and the Astros are building for what they hope will be their own time at the top in a couple of years.
