The story of the offseason: Shane Victorino is texting his manager photos of his abs

The offseason makes everyone a little crazy. The players are hungry to start playing again, the managers are making lineup cards out of to-do lists and fans are scrounging around under the couch looking for any taste of baseball they can find.

Shane Victorino is dealing with his cabin fever a little differently. Namely, he's texting his manager, John Farrell, photos of his abs. Which hey, if you've got 'em, show 'em off. 

This is big, maybe even weird: Cherington said Victorino is texting pics of his abs to Farrell. #RedSox

Unfortunately, though, we don't know what the messages look like, so we ventured a guess. 

I mean, we may never know for sure what the messages said, but this can't be too far off, right?
