Tim Byrdak's fowl gift: Little Jerry Seinfeld

After Frank Francisco called the Yankees "chickens" in the lead-up to this weekend's Subway Series, Tim Byrdak decided to have a little fun with his bullpen-mate.

The southpaw had a clubhouse attendant purchase a live chicken from a vendor in Queesn -- total cost: $8 -- then presented the bird to Francsico, telling him it was from the Yankees.

The fowl, which has been spotted snacking on oatmeal and berries in the Mets clubhouse, has been named "Little Jerry Seinfeld" in honor of Kramer's cock-fighting rooster in a 1997 "Seinfeld" episode.
