Tim Lincecum's teammates have some suggestions for his next haircut

Tim Lincecum changed his hairstyle from skater to schoolmaster a few weeks ago, garnering plenty of reactions in the process.

But the feedback you probably didn't hear came from the right-hander's own teammates.

The general opinion around the Giants clubhouse is that Lincecum's hair, no matter what it looks like, has always made him appear younger.

"Well, first of all, with his haircut now, he looks 12 instead of 15," said pitcher Ryan Vogelsong.

Sergio Romo agreed.

"All in all, he definitely looks like a teenager right now," said San Francisco's closer.

And there was no holding back when it came to ideas for future Lincecum styles.

"I can see Timmy with a 'Wild Thing' haircut," said pitcher George Kontos, suggesting Ricky Vaughn's unique look from Major League. "I think that would be pretty good with the lightning bolts in the back."

Second baseman Brock Bond had an even better suggestion:

"Probably one with a little rat tail in the back," said Bond. "I think he would look really good with that one."
