Two MiLB-ers make Major League-worthy diving catches
Travis Jankowski and Rob Refsnyder don't have a whole lot in common. One is an outfielder, the other an infielder. One plays in San Antonio and the other in Northeast Pennsylvania. On Wednesday, though, their souls were one when they each went full extension to turn sure-hits into incredible outs.
While manning center field for the San Antonio Missions, Jankowski ranged into right-center field and got horizontal to rob his opponent of a double:
Meanwhile, Refsnyder was playing second base for the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Red Barons and took away a hit up the middle with an equally impressive diving play of his own:
